“I live in the Brentwood/Crestview neighborhood. We had hail damage from the storm on March 25.

These guys are amazing.

I took my verified claim notice (email from insurance company) on a Tuesday after work around 5PM. I walked into their air conditioned trailer and they dropped what he was doing to stand up and greet me. In less than 15 minutes they had my claim paperwork ready and said they would take care of the rest. I asked when I would I be able to get my car back and they said that it depends on how fast the insurance company responds to him in order to start work. But once they do they would get on it. They said that instead of making a promise they couldn’t keep, they had called me the next morning to let me know the status. I left my new truck in their hands and true to his word got a call the next morning (day 2). They said he submitted the work supplement the night before and it was approved that morning so they already started working on the car. The damage was minor and didn’t need additional parts or paint. They give me a call the following day with a progress report. On day 3 I get a call from Jessica (the customer agent assigned to my car) and she tells me that my car will be ready at the end of their day (6PM). That’s three days folks. I roll up at around 6PM and my car is washed and ready to go. $3000 in damage covering my hood, roof, and door panels. Work is great and I get it back in three days. You might think that kind of service and turn around is to be expected. WRONG.

Let me share my first experience with a different local body shop to contrast. Before I had my truck fixed, I took my wife’s vehicles to a nearby auto repair shop (right off of Lamar and Anderson) and had a terrible experience. First, they required us to bring in the car for a visual inspection to assess the damage. We waited nearly an hour for them to do it because we couldn’t just drop off the vehicle. They said they would need to then follow up with our insurance company before they approved it. I called back later and said they were missing paper work from us. It slipped their mind to ask us for it during the hour we were waiting. One week later we scheduled a time to take it in and were told that it shouldn’t take long for them to get to it. Three weeks go by (21 days) and we get one voice mail from them saying they’re still working on it. I try calling several times and get directed every time to the attendant’s voice mail and never get a call back. During this time we got an economy car from the Hertz nearby and by the end of 4 weeks had consumed our rental car benefit. That never happens. So we’re not out a rental car and our car is still being worked on. We end up getting our car 28 days after we brought it in. The work was good, but what the heck it’s not rocket science! For comparison the total damage was $5000, most of which was a broken windshield.

Jessica is legit. They’re also nice people.
